Heatherwick Studio talk with Anabela Chan
This week Anabela is excited and honoured to be giving a lunchtime power talk at Heatherwick Studio, one of the world’s leading and most innovative design and architecture practice.
Based Central London, the studio create buildings, spaces, master-plans, objects and infrastructure including some of Anabela's favourite projects, from Little Island NY to Thousand Trees in Shanghai, Coal Drops Yard in Kingscross to MOCAA in Cape Town, and the Seed Cathedral British Pavillon at the Shanghai Expo.
During this talk Anabela shared her transition from architecture to fashion to jewellery, from The Bartlett to Richard Rogers to McQueen to the RCA; an interdisciplinary practice with a focus on material innovations, seeking solutions for a better future and what keeps her excited everyday.
