Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping worldwide on all creations over £600 with DHL Express.   

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Any applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges are included in the purchase price, meaning no additional duties or taxes should be payable upon delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders for creations available in-stock will be shipped within 1- 2 working days. 

UK insured delivery usually takes 1-2 working days, with same-day delivery service for London Zone 1 with orders placed by 2pm.

Europe & rest of The World insured priority delivery usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive.

 

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Responsibility for the creation passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order and confirmation of receipt by the carrier.

BESPOKE COMMISSIONED PIECES & SPECIAL ORDERS

When you commission a bespoke piece, you will be the owner of a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery designed and hand-crafted especially for you.

The design period and meticulous making time will vary from piece to piece depending on the complexity of the design, rarity of the gemstones (to be sourced or provided by you, as you wish) and the craftsmanship involved. Our design team will be happy to discuss all details, process and expected delivery time with you until you are perfectly happy before the work commences. 

When placing a pre-order or special order, you may request variations to an existing jewellery creation from our collections, including alternative precious metal finishes, gemstone selections or customised gemstone colours. Available options will depend on the specific creation and gemstone availability, and our Client Care team will be delighted to advise you on the possibilities before your order is confirmed.

Special Orders typically require approximately 10–18 weeks to complete. As each creation is individually crafted to your specifications, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design, the sourcing of gemstones and precious materials, and the artisanal craftsmanship involved. Our Client Care team will keep you informed of the estimated delivery timeline and provide updates throughout the process.

Please kindly note that except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, bespoke creations made to a customer's specifications may not be returned. 

                                                 

PACKAGING

Our jewellery will arrive in our luxury custom-made branded boxes. We use stiff and secure packaging to ensure that your order will arrive in perfect condition. For the unfortunate case that your order arrives in a damaged state please get in touch with us at info@anabelachan.com so we can help.    

                            

GIFT WRAPPING

We offer a complimentary signature gift wrapping service which you can select during checkout. If you would like to add a handwritten note to your order please leave a message in the comment box during checkout.
