Proper care in its use and handling will preserve your creation over time. In the unfortunate event that your piece becomes damaged, we will be happy to carry out repair works in our atelier.

Once we receive your creation our atelier will assess your creation and present a quotation for the fee based on the job required, which will be submitted to you for your approval prior to the job being carried out.

Please kindly note that it is the client's responsibility to ship the creations to the atelier, inclusive of any customs duties and taxes.
