Hand-crafted in United Kingdom, the Ruby Cushion Wing Studs feature laboratory-grown and created gemstones including two cushion-cut pigeon-blood red rubies of 10 carats each, in an intricate setting of 18k gold and black rhodium vermeil with 18k earring posts, pavé-set with red rubies and inspired by the delicate beauty of butterfly wings.

Every laboratory-grown and created gemstone is carefully selected for its beauty and optical qualities, determined by its brilliance, colour, clarity, hardness, durability and pricing. The gemological composition and chemical structure of the stones we use can be identical (known as synthesised) or different (known as simulated) to its natural mined counterparts. From the rough stone, it is then cut, faceted, polished and set painstakingly by hand using traditional artisanal techniques.
