This year we are delighted to invite floral artist Aimee Maxelon to create a display crafted purely from recycled/upcycled plastic bottles.
Aimee is an artist, designer and maker from Gravesend, Kent, UK. In the last year she has saved over 1,000 used plastic bottles potentially going to landfill by transforming them into colourful recycled flowers.
Each flower takes around 45 minutes to make, cut and shared by hand and coloured using home-made dyes.
