ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Online: you can pay with the following credit and debit cards - American Express, Visa, Mastercard. You can also choose to pay by bank transfer, Klarna, Apple pay or Google pay.

In Our Flagship London Sloane Street Boutique: you can pay with the same payment methods as for online orders with exception of Klarna as well as by cash.

With our International Stockists: please contact them directly for enquiries about accepted payment methods.

If you have an account you can track your order by logging in and choosing the relevant order.

If you performed a Guest Checkout without an account, you can Contact Us to find out the status of your order.

Our Fine Jewellery Ambassadors will inform you of the progress of your order by email. You will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the shipment of your order on the carrier's website.

All creations that feature an “Add to Cart” button on the product page are available for purchase online.

If the creation is out-of-stock, a "Pre-Order for 12-14 Weeks" button will show on product page. In this case, you can place an order and we will craft the creation especially for you in our London Atelier within 12-14 weeks. Our Fine Jewellery Ambassadors will keep you updated on the status of your order and will notify you once your order is ready to be shipped.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery lead times depend on your delivery address.

If you place your order before 12pm, you will benefit from an express priority delivery of 1-5 working days depending on the destination.

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order for all International orders, so you will not need to pay any additional fees.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges can be requested here if you have made a purchase online. Please Contact Us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that you can only exchange or return your creation in new and unused condition, with all original packaging in place and with security tags attached.

Our Fine Jewellery Ambassadors will share a return shipping label and organise a pick-up with the carrier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

The returned item(s) will pass a mandatory Quality Control Check before we can issue the refund.

Please kindly note that return shipping fee will be deducted from the total return amount once the creation(s) passed the Quality Control Check.

It may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the refund on your bank account/credit or debit card/Klarna account.

Please note that all items returned via our Online Boutique will pass a mandatory Quality Control Check, after which you will get notified if your return is accepted.

Yes, you can exchange or return a creation that was purchased via our Online Boutique and gifted to you.

Please kindly note that the refund amount will automatically be reimbursed to the original purchaser's payment method in case of return.

Repair services have different costs depending on the creation and the service needed.
