Congratulations Lexie Kirk. A vision at her magical wedding inspired by Sophia Coppola’s 'Marie Antoinette' movie.

Lexie wears the Begonia Comet Earrings, a stunning, elegant and timeless pair of earrings in 18k white gold and rhodium vermeil, with 14k gold posts and butterfly backs, intricately hand-set with two dazzling 4 carats laboratory-grown and created begonia pink sapphires, pavé-set with 56 laboratory-grown simulated white diamonds.

Our signature use of laboratory-grown and created gemstones are of the highest quality and durability, designed to last a lifetime and beyond. Every laboratory-grown and created gemstone is carefully selected for its beauty and optical qualities, determined by its brilliance, colour, clarity, hardness, durability and pricing. The gemological composition and chemical structure of the stones we use can be identical (known as synthesised) or different (known as simulated) to its natural mined counterparts. From the rough stone, it is then cut, faceted, polished and set painstakingly by hand using traditional artisanal techniques.

Laboratory-grown gemstones are stones grown and created in a science laboratory, man-made, rather than mined from the ground and from nature. They exist in two genres, synthesised gemstones and simulated gemstones.
