Met Gala 2023 has taken place on the first Monday of May to celebrate "Karl Lagerfeld: A Line Of Beauty". For the first look of this year’s Met Gala, Cardi B wore a custom Pearl Raindrop Choker and matching Paradise Cuffs with Miss Sohee Couture dress retranslating a bridal look 64 from Karl Lagerfeld’s Chanel Haute Couture Fall 2008 Collection.

The bespoke look comes with a scallop-edged vintage pink corset, hand crafted with layers of drapes with an embroidered camellia flower at centre.

Working with Sohee’s vision, we created a bespoke cascading Diamond and Pearl Raindrop Choker with matching bracelets, using a combination of cultured freshwater pearls and repurposed mother of pearl paste pearls, accented with over 20 carats of dazzling laboratory-grown white diamonds set in recycled 18k gold and silver.
