Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase with Anabela Chan Joaillerie. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new jewellery creation, you have 14 days from the date when your order was delivered to exchange or return it.
Please contact one of our customer care representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with your return or exchange. We will arrange a collection from your home, work or an alternative address free of charge.
Please make sure all creations are returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Creations that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back without issuing a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered. We do not offer returns & refunds for custom and bespoke creations, as well as pre-order creations.
Please kindly note that we do not offer refunds on our creations purchased in person. We are happy to exchange or offer a credit note for unworn items with security tags untouched within 7 days of in-store purchase.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, bespoke creations made to a customer's specifications may not be returned.
- Please request an Exchange Authorisation within 14 days of receiving the order by emailing email@example.com.
- The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it. We Will not accept the exchange if the jewellery item is damaged or worn. Please enclose any additional items (jewellery box, promotional gifts). Make sure the security tag is left on. We only accept items with their original security tag.
- If not returned in person to our Flagship Boutique at 35B Sloane Street, Knightsbridge, SW1X 9LP, London, U.K., you will be required to pay for the return courier fee of the item to us via our secure courier service. A credit note will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received.
Goods that are damaged or not in the original condition will not be accepted for exchange or credit note.
ANABELA CHAN reserves the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount credited to you including the shipping fees.
Any promotional discount including free-shipping costs will be deductible from the final credit note.
REPAIRS & REFURBISHMENTS
In the unfortunate event that your piece becomes damaged, we will be happy to carry out repair works in our atelier.
Once we receive your creation our atelier will assess whether the repair is approved under manufacturing defect warranty. Repairs within 14 days of purchase or delivery or in case it has been determined there is a manufacturing issue with the creation will be carried out free-of-charge. Non-warranty repairs will be subject to an additional fee based on the job required, which will be submitted to you for your approval prior to the job being carried out.

In the unlikely event that the item you purchased from our Online boutique is believed to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days from receipt and our dedicated team will be able to assist you.
