In March 2020, Anabela Chan pledged 20% of all sales to two charities, Age U.K. and The Trussell Trust Food Banks, in support of the pandemic relief efforts.
We/you have also covered the cost for 7,680 nutritional meals for 256 children at risk due to school closures for the entire month of April, at an artisanal mining region in Tanzania, East Africa via The Gem Legacy pandemic emergency appeal.
Age UK is the country's largest charity dedicated to helping everyone make the most of later life, providing companionship, advice and support for older people who need it most. Age UK put people in control of the care they receive, while sharing best practice to improve services. The coronavirus pandemic has changed life for everyone, but some older people are among the hardest hit. Age UK is determined to be there during this crisis.
The Trussell Trust supports a nationwide network of food banks and together provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty in the UK, with support to help people resolve the crises they face.
